Recently, Fides Capital Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has noticed false information on platforms such as Tencent and Douyin, relating to “Fides Fund” and “Fides Scam.” Upon investigation, it was confirmed that a Chinese entity named Wisdom Source Studio (hereinafter “Wisdom Source”) falsely claimed to have joined Fides (i.e., “the Company”) on July 1, 2024, and misappropriated our licenses to promote their investment projects, claiming to conduct stock fund activities related to our Company. Additionally, we discovered fraudulent websites impersonating our Company to solicit funds from the public.
The Company hereby solemnly declares:
- Relationship with Wisdom Source
The Company has never established any form of cooperation or contact with Wisdom Source. The founder of Wisdom Source, James Le, is not a shareholder, director, employee, partner, or any associated person of the Company. Any investment projects claimed to be related to our Company are not authorized by us and are conducted without our knowledge.
- Scope of Services
According to the regulations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, our Company provides services only to professional investors and not to the general public. Therefore, any retail investment projects claimed by “Wisdom Source” are unrelated to the Company.
- Official Website Statement
Our only official website is https://fidescg.com/. Any other websites are counterfeit and not operated by the Company, and the information they contain may be false and intended to deceive.
- Investor Advisory
Investors are urged to exercise caution. If interested in our business or investments, please contact our staff through official channels. Our legitimate contact information is available on the official website mentioned above. If you encounter any suspicious investment projects claiming association with our Company, we strongly advise verifying through official channels before investing.
- Legal Action
The Company has reported the potential fraudulent investment projects and counterfeit websites to the Hong Kong Police, as well as to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Complaints have also been filed with the regulatory departments of Tencent and Douyin. If you receive communications (phone/email/mail/app messages, etc.) related to fraudulent investment schemes, please report them to the police in your jurisdiction immediately.
The Company strongly condemns any form of impersonation and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
